| Here are our Shipping Practices.
Our new general e-mail (as of June 3, 2007) is irdinfo@interlocracing.com. Due to increasing e-mail load, response time can run anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. Thank you for understanding. irdinfo@interlocracing.com Returns: Returns will be accepted within 30 days from original purchase. Returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Installed or used parts can not be accepted for return. Please email irdinfo@interlocracing.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender. Certain return items may be subject to a restocking fee. NEW ORDER MINIMUM: $39.99 Due to the high costs of shipping and handling we have implemented a minimum order of $39.99. We have found that with orders less than $39.99 often the shipping charges exceeded the value of the merchandise. Please note that we do not want to discourage you from buying our product, but we encourage you to check with your local bike shop for products that do not meet the minimum. Also note, you can always purchase some of our other unique and interesting product to achieve the order minimum. Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS, and freight charges (including applicable tax, insurance, and $3.00 handling) will be billed using published rates (which can be found on the UPS website). We offer Standard Ground service. If you need your order more quickly, you need to e-mail us. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping costs are determined by UPS. We cannot quote shipping as it based on zip code, box dimensions, weight, and shipper surcharges. We do our best to pack boxes economically to save the customer on shipping costs. Because of this, we cannot quote shipping costs when we send your order confirmation. When you get your order confirmation, it will only include prices for the products themselves. Shipping costs will be assessed when we charge your credit card and you will receive an e-mail invoice showing those costs. If you need to see shipping costs before we send the order, please include your request in the comments section of your order or e-mail us at irdinfo@interlocracing.com INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to increasing shipping costs and logistical complications, we are no longer shipping outside of the US. However, many online stores carry our products and will ship internationally. Sales Tax: Customers who reside in California will be charged applicable sales tax.
